Mike Kelly, has led an impressive career as a leader in Human Resources and Sales in the Financial Services, Retail, and Tech industries. A self-described “Leading Learner," Mike is committed to helping others own their development through discovering purpose, planning with passion and executing for success. He has invested the last 15+ years in creating solutions for leaders to enhance their effectiveness in the marketplace and has proven to be a transformational leader for the teams he has pioneered.

Currently serving as an executive leading global leadership development at a Fortune 100 Company, Mike plays a major role in using design thinking to understand leaders’ challenges while developing products & services that build capabilities to enhance the employee experience. Mike has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications & Philosophy from the University of Kentucky, a Master of Science in Executive Leadership & Organizational Change from Northern Kentucky University and is pursuing a PhD in Organization & Management from Liberty University. He is a certified Maxwell Leadership Facilitator and Coach and lives in Atlanta, GA.
